The protection of your personal data is at the heart of our corporate philosophy. It has always been important to us to treat your sensitive data as strictly confidential and to protect it from access by third parties. In accordance with Art. 13 and/or 14 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), this data privacy policy gives you an overview of the data acquired through the use of our website, its use and storage period and the legal basis for the data processing in question.

The use of our website is usually possible without the entry of your personal data. If personal data (for example name, address or email addresses) are raised on our website, this takes place, as far as possible, always on voluntary basis. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your explicit consent.

The use of our contact details or those of our partners and other external parties, which are published within the scope of the legal notice requirements, is hereby explicitly objected to by third parties for the purpose of sending unrequested advertising and information material. server-log-files
Our provider of our website (1&1 IONOS SE) automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to 1&1 when you access our website.

These are:

  • browser type and browser version
  • used operating system
  • referrer URL (where you came from)
  • hostname of the accessing computer
  • time of the server request
  • IP address
  • your length of stay on our website
  • your views of (sub) pages

1&1 IONOS SE, WebAnalytics, does not use cookies. In addition, IP addresses and browser IDs are stored anonymously so that no conclusions can be drawn about individual visitors. This data is not merged with other data sources. We reserve the right to subsequently check this data if we become aware of specific indications of illegal use.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. b in conjunction with Art. 6 (1) lit. c, f.

SSL/TSL Encryption
Our site uses SSL/TSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line begins with “https://” and the lock symbol in your browser line. If SSL encryption is activated, the data that you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties. We currently use 256bit encryption.

your rights as a data subject
We store the data obtained via our website for a period of max. 24 months. These will then be deleted automatically.

You have a right to know whether we have processed personal data about you and how (Art. 15 GDPR Furthermore, you have the right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), the right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), the right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) and the right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR).

In the event of a rectification, restriction of processing or erasure, we will inform you to which recipients your personal data has been disclosed to and will inform these third parties of the exercise of your right under Artt. 17 GDPR. We will also inform you of the recipients pursuant to Art. 19 GDPR.
